How do I change or skip an autoship?
Sign in to your account and open your autoship. You can skip a delivery, change the date or cancel any time before it ships.
How should I switch foods?
Mix a little of the new food into the old one and add a bit more each day, over about a week. Go slower for a sensitive stomach.
My pet will not eat the new food. Now what?
Come and talk to us. Bring the bag, and we will help you find another recipe to try.
Do you deliver?
The ways to get your order to your address are shown at checkout. You can always order online and pick it up in the shop.
